AP | ASTRA PROVIDENT DIAGNOSE, ADMINISTER, STERILIZE ——————————————— Astra Provident, or more commonly referred to as the Underwatch by other Combine forces, is an autonomous, high-ranking, and discreet detachment—led purely by special systems, AI's, and protocols. They are the hidden backup for those few rare scenarios where Combine controlled cities or the entire Combine hierarchy as a whole has collapsed or is on the verge of collapsing, with no Combine presence remaining to oversee and contain the issue. Much like their leadership, the ground units of Astra Provident are also purely synthetic and mechanical. They leave no room for error or delay, unlike the OTA, and would do whatever it takes to complete any given objective.
