𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐖𝐀𝐑 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐀 Before World War II, Persica was focused on strengthening its internal stability and modernizing its armed forces. Following years of internal unrest and external pressures, the military doctrine emphasized territorial security and central control. Under the leadership of Reza Shah Pahlavi, the government pursued a combination of traditional structures and modern reforms, investing in new technologies, infrastructure, and the professionalization of the army and police. While not aligned with major powers, Persica sought to assert its sovereignty and prepare for potential regional conflicts.
