Description
Δ-0 “Fill in the Blanks” is a covert, off-the-record task force operating under RAISA, officially listed as defunct. Comprised of elite former operatives from units like Nu-7, Titan-1, and the Internal Security Department, Δ-0 handles RAISA’s most classified operations—including intelligence recovery, internal enforcement, anomaly containment, and threat elimination. Known only to RAISA leadership, the Administrator, and Overseer O5-12, the unit operates with a decentralized command structure, granting field teams full autonomy. Its purpose is simple: protect RAISA’s control, neutralize unseen threats, and ensure that sensitive information stays buried—by any means necessary.
