Description
Academy Instructors "Through Wisdom, We Guide. We Inspire." The Academy Instructors are the foundation upon which the Academy is built. Every Youngling, Initiate, and Padawan will at some point learn under the guidance of an Instructor. Their responsibility extends beyond simply teaching lessons; they are mentors, role models, and leaders entrusted with shaping the next generation of Jedi. Instructors oversee academy trainings, educational programs, lightsaber instruction, Force teachings, and student evaluations. They work directly with students to ensure they understand not only the practical skills required to succeed, but also the principles and values expected of a Jedi. The position requires patience, experience, and a willingness to invest time into the growth of others. Academy Instructors are expected to maintain high standards of conduct and serve as examples for younger members to follow.
