Description

The Krohnen Method is a unique and powerful karate style created by Professor Krohnen Dolohov, a Brazilian martial artist with a rich background in Shotokan and Kyokushin. Fusing the precision and discipline of Shotokan with the full-contact intensity of Kyokushin, this method focuses on explosive striking, fluid footwork, and building both physical strength and mental resilience. What sets the Krohnen Method apart is its personal nature. Professor Dolohov is the only practitioner of this style, and it’s kept largely underground, known to only a select few. The method is deeply tied to his philosophy and vision, and it’s believed that once he is gone, the Krohnen Method will fade into history, a rare and almost forgotten martial art. This makes the Krohnen Method a true secret—powerful, intense, and destined to live on only in the legacy of its creator.
