Description
[Emblem made by @Alic3_W0nder] 🜃 The Velkaari Exarchate 🜃 A Theocratic-Imperial Dominion of Flame, Bone, and Will. Ruled by the ancient bloodline of the Velkaari, the Exarchate stands as a cold and ruthless empire where science and faith are one. Led by the enigmatic Lord Exarch, a sovereign both scholar and god-figure, its armies march under banners of obsidian and fire. The weak are bound. The faithful ascend. All kneel before the Doctrine Eternal. Serve. Obey. Ascend. —
