OVERVIEW: Instructor Academy plays a crucial role in maintaining order and organization within FMR servers. You can often see TIA personnel hosting trainings. RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibility of TIA is to host trainings / ET's. We are always ready to recruit new enlistees through BMTs and help them in game with goals. REQUIREMENTS: To join The Instructor Academy, individuals must meet the requirements: -Rank: [E-6] or higher in USM. -Clean Record: Must not have any past jail punishments. -Age: Must be at least 13 years old and not having safe chat -Knowledge: Familiarity with FMR rules. -Background Check: Must able to pass BGC.
