Description

The Republic of Ireland was formed when IRB and IPDF leaders signed " Treaty of Cork ", formally disbanding both the Irish Republican Brotherhood and the Irish Permanent Defense Forces. The Treaty of Cork also founded the Republic of Ireland, and created the Irish Defence Force. Inside the Irish Defence Force there are two brigades, 1st Brigade ( NA ) and 2nd Brigade ( EU).

Growth

8 measurements spanning 70 days, net +54. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 40–111 and does not start at zero.
