c. 2179 NeoTerra is a megacity built on the ruins of the Old World. Towering spires of glass and steel pierce through a smog-stained sky. Mechs patrol the upper levels while the lower zones are cloaked in neon haze and secrets. Above, high command keeps order. Below, resistance simmers. "Order by power. Peace through control." Factions - NeoTerra Public Directorate (Local Law Enforcement) - TERRA Corps (National Defense/Military) - Echo Chain (Resistance Movement)
