Description
The Dominion of Khalgrum is a savage and oppressive civilization buried deep within the harsh, craggy expanse of the Ulmig Mountains. Populated by Orcs, Gnolls, Goblins, and Trolls, its people are filthy, brutal, and wholly devoted to their tyrannical king. Life in Khalgrum revolves around obedience, labor, and survival. Intelligence is rare and discouraged, while strength and submission are prized above all else. The Dominion’s settlements are crude yet imposing, built from jagged stone and carved directly into mountain rock, forming a grim network of forts, caves, and strongholds. Its citizens live like prisoners bound by fear and tradition to serve without question, and their loyalty is maintained through violence and the crushing weight of authority. Though lacking in strategy or refinement, the Dominion's sheer numbers, relentless nature, and blind devotion to their ruler make them a dark and dangerous force in the region
