𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍-𝐈𝐈 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 ORION Project Successor ; SPARTAN-II Augmentation Program The SPARTAN-II Program was the second generation of supersoldier initiatives developed by ONI Section III, created as the successor to the ORION Project. Initiated in 2517 under the direction of Dr. Catherine Halsey, the program sought to develop augmented operators capable of overwhelming effectiveness in both counter-insurgency and conventional warfare.
