# 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐌 ### *"𝘛𝘏𝘌 𝘔𝘖𝘜𝘕𝘛𝘌𝘋 𝘕𝘜𝘔𝘐𝘋𝘐𝘈𝘕 𝘚𝘒𝘐𝘙𝘔𝘐𝘚𝘏𝘌𝘙𝘚."* 𐃆 The harsh African desert means little to the Numidians. Mounted upon swift steeds, the Parasím ride alongside the host, tasked with harassing enemy formations and driving opposing cavalry from the battlefield. Dressed in distinctive white tunics, they charge with bundles of javelins in hand, unleashing volley after volley before wheeling away beyond the enemy's reach. Under the command of the Amenkad, they turn upon the enemy's rear, striking from behind and throwing their final javelins before drawing their swords. Speed is their greatest weapon. The enemy is given no time to recover before another charge crashes into their ranks. By the end of battle, their once-white tunics are stained crimson. To wash away your former life and emerge as a Numidian warrior, you must first be chosen by the **Amenkad**. **You do not join the Parasím. You are chosen.**
