"Samaras" is both Recovat & Medical’s unique division that specializes in the field of intercepting and analyzing natural disasters almost internationally that Point Pleasant might be operating in. They focus on EF0 to EF5 tornadoes, TS to C5 hurricanes, I to X+ Earthquakes, 1/4” to 4.5”+ Hailstorms, MRGL to HIGH Thunderstorms, etc. During these operations, they often use from civilian aircraft and vehicles to tornado interceptors and military aircraft. They often report locally to nationally to humanitarian and militarized branches ahead of time. They often are useful for ensuring safety of aircraft operations, ground operations, transportation, escorting anomalous objects, protecting local population, and evacuations. The name "Samaras" has been chosen to commemorate 3 members of the Tactical Weather-Instrumented Sampling in/near Tornadoes Experiment (TWISTEX) team. “Signatures of Death.”
