Visitor Lives Matter (VLM) is a grassroots movement dedicated to recognizing the dignity, rights, and humanity of all visitors—whether they are bacons, newcomers, prisoners, displaced somalians, or anyone stepping into the Trident Isles. We believe that being a visitor shouldn't mean being unseen, unheard, or unsafe. Our mission is to build empathy-driven awareness, fight discrimination, and promote policies that protect the well-being of visitors. We stand against seatards, and instead champion hospitality, understanding, and inclusion. VLM is a call to action for communities to open hearts and minds, to see the value in every stranger, and to create spaces where no one feels like they don’t belong. Because every life deserves access to the islands without going through a border or gate!
