“We the People of the United Colonies, in Order to form a more perfect Republic, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United Colonies of Man.” Ever since the CMIA Time Machine opened up to 1812 in the 1960s, experiments were run by the URM department of defense in order to see what could be sent over: only soldiers and scented candles made it through without disintegrating. Those who made it through found themselves in the UCM, the nation that finally gained independence and freedom, before it solidified into the Republic. Now, Chief YoungMarineBOI rallies the colonial milita and his soldiers and vows to take over the napoleonic world for URM and freedom! (And scented candles) For Freedom and Democracy! Union and Rights!
