Description
The EEAS aims to represent the EU internationally, be it by resolving conflicts, signing and aiding the writing of treaties, negotiations, and of course, putting nations forward for Observer Status. Members allied to the EEAS are recognised as Observer Countries and Organisations of the European Union and have a right to attend summits to watch. They do not have the right to speak or vote in any summit unless permission has been granted by the Chairman of the European Union.
