Description
Created after a mass insurrection during the NOVA PROSPEKT riot of 2007, Stabilization Team CONTENDER was made of uniquely specialized OTA units from prototype OTA projects. As ST-CONTENDER filled up the OTA High Command and City-8 Sectorial Oversight sought to use it to its fullest capacity instead of a testing ground for new projects.
