The official community/group for Oasis Luxury Resort and Hotel. Receive exclusive news, when we are active, and more by joining our group. Our staff and others are here to help. FOR INCOMING NEW STAFF: How does our Staff System work / what are the roles? (If you want to know who is what role, check in the members list and it will tell you who is a manager, staff or chef) - Normal staff do not have permission to open doors, unlock/lock doors etc. Your only job as a normal front desk staff is to help assist guests in the front and make sure their payments are sent to the register (or if there is a donation limit, their gifts are properly stored). - Managers have permission to open doors, unlock/lock doors etc. Their job is to help bring the guests that paid to their rooms. Managers must know where all the rooms are and where to bring the guests. They will have permission to unlock and lock certain doors. - Owner / Co Owner (We give permissions to guests and manage)
