Description
Publicly, the school’s Prefect Program consists of Rosenthal’s most senior students and the Hall Monitors. The program exists so that the academy’s law can be upheld in the absence of Faculty. However, the excessive power granted to them by their superiors leads to corruption when placed in the wrong hands. Corrupt, effective, cut-throat, call them what you like, they are here to keep an eye on you. This group is associated with '[RTA] Rosenthal Academy'.
