By 2050, as global governments fractured and corporate blocs seized power, NECORP dropped the façade. No longer just a tech firm, it became a militarized corporate syndicate, producing black-market weapons, synthetic soldiers, and neural warfare systems for clients ranging from megacorps to street-level syndicates. Operating in the underbelly of Neon District, NECORP isn’t just a supplier — it’s a power broker. It runs shadow contracts, funds proxy wars between factions, and controls key infrastructure like drone grids and surveillance networks.
