Description
The Technical Department oversees all technical and structural operations within the Foundation. Its purview includes logistics engineering, architectural design and oversight, manufacturing processes, and all associated infrastructural systems required to sustain day-to-day functionality. Although not traditionally regarded as one of the Foundation's primary strategic divisions, the Department remains critical to the stability, expansion, and continued viability of all physical assets. Without its continuous maintenance and development efforts, core operations would degrade rapidly, resulting in unacceptable levels of systemic vulnerability.
