Description
Welcome to Complicated. Corporation was founded on May 3rd, 2026. As Chairman, I want to build a serious, well-structured company on Roblox focused on development, creativity, and long-term growth. The goal is to operate like a real organization, where positions are open from staff level all the way up to CEO. Anyone can apply depending on their skill, experience, and what they can bring to the company. Roles and responsibilities will be assigned based on performance and what the company needs at the time. For active work on projects, contributors may be rewarded with Robux based on what they complete and how they perform, in line with Roblox’s rules and guidelines. The aim is to keep everything organized, fair, and professional, while giving people real opportunities to grow and work their way up within the company.
