AFCS—Atria Federal Correctional Services—was established under the Stratocracy’s High Command by [OPSEC], formed from local peacekeepers and later reinforced with garrison personnel from the Ground Service Personnel to uphold federal order. Now operating exclusively within Atria, AFCS serves as a Corrections Service, tasked with maintaining order, supervising inmates, and responding to any internal threats.
