Description
Phantom Insurgents & Liberation Resistance (PILR) The Phantom Insurgent & Liberation Resistance, known as PILR, is a decentralized rebel faction operating throughout the deserts of Al Amarad. They rely on unpredictability, mobility, and unconventional tactics to challenge Marine forces. PILR is divided into specialized roles: Phantom Operatives – silent, strategic, and deadly. Experts in stealth and infiltration. Resistance – aggressive and fearless, leading direct assaults and chaotic attacks. Unlike traditional military forces, PILR operates in small independent cells, allowing them to strike quickly and disappear without a trace. They have no strict rules of engagement, no formal structure — only one goal: disrupt control and dominate the battlefield in their own way. Strike hard, disappear faster.
