CI | Department of Extranational Relations #36022249
Description
🛰️ Department of Extranational Relations (DER) “Stability through Controlled Chaos.” The Department of Extranational Relations is the Chaos Insurgency’s diplomatic and foreign operations division, tasked with forging alliances, arming proxy factions, and spreading influence beyond borders. Under the guise of a formal agency, DER brokers covert partnerships with rogue states, insurgent groups, and other anomalous organizations. DER specializes in the distribution of weaponized anomalies and advanced technology—often stolen or repurposed from the SCP Foundation—to support allied forces in global conflicts. Whether it’s supplying firepower, coordinating intelligence, or leveraging anomalies to turn the tide of war, DER ensures chaos spreads through diplomacy, subversion, and controlled destabilization. When the Insurgency needs an ally, a proxy, or a foreign foothold—DER makes it happen.
