⛑️ 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Using the principles of emergency management: prevention, mitigation, preparation, response, and emergency evacuation and recovery. The Civil Defence is divided into several local sections run by District Leaders. Political neutrality is a key point of the Civil Defence; to enlist, you must prove loyalty to the state and to the people of Octavium.
