Description
Recordkeeping, Archival & Information Security Administration, mostly known as Recordkeeping and Information Security Administration or shortly as RAISA, is an internal (yet fairly independent) organization within the SCP Foundation that holds the original key to the Foundation's library of vast knowledge - along with the responsibility of regulating who gets to have a copy of the key. Most of its personnel are situated at a Foundation site dedicated to RAISA, floating over the waves near the shores of Alaska, also containing all of the Foundation's databases: Protected Site-07. However, it is a known fact that most Foundation facilities house representatives from RAISA. On paper, RAISA is responsible for keeping the Foundation's databases secure and intact. RAISA also protects documents against intrusion and infiltration, and monitors inconsistencies in files to discern whether the cause is mundane, with ill intent or anomalous.
