𝙳𝙸𝚁𝙴𝙲𝚃𝙾𝚁𝙰𝚃𝙴 𝙾𝙵 𝚂𝚃𝙰𝚃𝙴 𝚂𝙴𝙲𝚄𝚁𝙸𝚃𝚈 𝙰𝙽𝙳 𝙲𝙸𝚅𝙸𝙻 𝙾𝚁𝙳𝙴𝚁 The Directorate of State Security and Civil Order (DSSCO) is Seraphele’s feared secret police, operating with near-total authority under royal command. They require no warrants to act, frequently detaining citizens without cause and carrying out executions without trial. Tasked with suppressing dissent and eliminating threats to the monarchy, their elite, highly-trained agents enforce order through ruthless, brutal methods across all city districts.
