Description
Voxterra, 1948 The Second World War has ended in fire and ruin. Germany lies shattered, its former territories carved up and cast adrift. In theory, the Allies stand victorious, but victory has come at a terrible cost. Across Europe, the old order has collapsed. Exhausted by war, the Allied powers lack the strength and unity to reshape the continent. Their attempt to establish a post-war framework, the Potsdam Agreement, collapses into political theater, its promises unfulfilled and its borders unenforced.
