1935–1938 Přední střední vojenská škola první republiky, zaměřená na výchovu budoucích důstojníků. Škola kladla důraz na kázeň, tělesnou zdatnost, klasické vzdělání a důstojnickou čest. Jejím cílem bylo vychovat vzdělané, morálně pevné a vlastenecky smýšlející mladé muže připravené ke službě republice.
