PUSA | Human Resources Command [ABOUT] The Human Resources Command leads modernized human resources and data systems initiatives into the United States Army. They consist of 3 sub-divisions: Army Service Component Command (ASCC), Quartermaster Corps (QMC), and Army Foreign Affairs (AFA). [MEMBERSHIP] To join HRC, you must attend a tryout or selection hosted by our divisional staff or apply via our applications in the HRC server. [DRESS PROTOCOL] All personnel must wear the OCP and cap when on and off duty or formals.
