Atlas Command & Executive Authority #36059028
Description
The Atlas Command & Executive Authority (ACEA) is the highest governing and operational command body within Atlas. This authority is responsible for absolute executive oversight, strategic command decisions, classified operations, and the enforcement of all Atlas directives across every division, facility, and security sector. ACEA members operate above standard command structures, serving as the final decision-makers in matters of facility governance, emergency response, security authorization, personnel control, and classified research approval. No major action, lockdown, clearance escalation, or executive appointment occurs without ACEA knowledge or consent. This authority represents the core power structure of Atlas, ensuring unity between executive leadership, command staff, and security operations. ACEA exists to maintain order, secrecy, and operational dominance—especially during high-risk events, facility-wide emergencies, and containment failures.
