From enemies to brothers — United, nothing shall threaten the prosperity of Japan; whether Domestic or Foreign. Together in the blood soaked concrete and glowing lights of the Ward. We march shoulder to shoulder to our deaths. A Pact comprised exclusively to those who seek refuge against Hooligans and those who seek the Veneration of the Emperor.
