This faction of old was once turned to ashes by the M.E.G, thinking that they could use diplomacy with the entities of this realm. But now, the Dark Owl returns. Not for the sake of putting one human government in place or helping a political view of some sort. But to safeguard humanity as a whole. ➤ Entry through applications.
