Description
The Powerbase, or the Emperor's Powerbase, were the highest ranking echelon of both the Sith Empire, and the Sith Order. Comprising of Moffs, Grand Moffs, the Dark Council, and the equally named Powerbase (Voice, Rage, Wrath, Hands), they made up the highest pillars of the Imperial machine, enforcing the will of the Emperor across the Galaxy.
