Description
The Space Force Special Operations Command (SFSOC) is a notional or future-facing concept for a specialized unit within the United States Space Force, designed to integrate elite special operations capabilities with space-based missions. SFSOC would be responsible for conducting high-risk, high-value operations in, from, and through the space domain—augmenting national defense with rapid, precise, and asymmetric actions against strategic threats. Mission: To conduct and support special operations in the space domain, providing tactical and strategic advantage through orbital reconnaissance, satellite interdiction, cyber-electromagnetic warfare, and direct coordination with terrestrial special operations forces.
