This is the official Roblox Departments Community for Falcon Air! ---Departments--- Public Relations: The Public Relations Department hosts engaging events, posts daily QOTDs, and ensures everyone in the server feels safe, welcomed, and valued. They help build a positive and inclusive community atmosphere for all members. Operations: The Operations Department ensures everything runs smoothly. They manage and host shifts, maintain structure, and rank members during trainings. Their role is key to keeping daily operations efficient, organized, and consistently high in quality. Human Resources: The Human Resources Department hosts shifts, handles punishments and appeals, and leads the weekly Promotional Batch. They ensure fairness, accountability, and support across the team.
