Description
State of Rastafana ----------------------------------- The State of Rastafana is the largest province within the Central African Republic, due to it's size and high military presence, it has been labeled as the capitol of Central Africa. Due to being the capitol, countless insurgent groups have invaded the state in a attempt to take out the current leaders of Central Africa, setting up camp in the vast jungles bordering Rastafanian cities, these insurgent groups have been a constant nuisance and threat to the local villagers. The State is in a constant state of emergency with militant forces clashing with rebel groups on public streets being a regular occurrence, due to this reason, many western countries have labeled Rastafana as a L4 "Do not travel" zone.
