DEFENSE's External Threats Force acts as the facility’s militarized arm, tasked with confronting external threats and containing large-scale facility incursions—most notably from organized enemy groups such as the emergent Vermis Accord. While once confused with recon-oriented operations, ETF “Bulwark” is now clearly defined as the site’s tactical defense shield, capable of executing structured combat operations in response to raids, sabotage, or hostile infiltration. Combat readiness, leadership, and strategic adaptability are essential attributes for those who serve in ETF.
