The Vermis Accord is a hostile, emerging Group of Interest (GOI) in direct opposition to the mission and operations of the Artic’s Special Containment Procedures Foundation (ASCPF). Shrouded in secrecy and ideological extremism, the Accord is believed to be a fractured coalition of rogue scientists, occult technocrats, and former Foundation defectors unified by a singular belief: that anomalous power is not to be contained, but embraced and wielded. Their operations often target ASCPF’s containment sites, personnel, and transport convoys in calculated efforts to release, weaponize, or reengineer anomalies for their own ends.
