PROTECT. โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ The Overwatch Command, commonly known as the O5 Council is a circle composed of the most powerful head figures within the Foundation, entrusted with overseeing the operations of their respective departments as well as providing an example to the entire Foundation's staff. This department is meant as both a resting place for the previous councilors who once held a seat of power in the Foundation, as well as for the currently acting members of the council. โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ O5 Admission is permitted only by handpicking/consensus votes from the council within.
