Hi Marines for One Piece : Lost Souls 3 (disc link in game) How Marines operate: Listen to your higher ranks, the highest ranking Marine in the server has authority. How to rank up: Attend "trainings" when they are hosted. When they are hosted you will see a shout. Ranks that can host trainings are: Fleet Admiral & Admiral. Objectives: As a Marine, you will uphold Justice, and take out pirates that have bounties. We will have war events between us and the Rev army
