CBA |-| Foreign & Commonwealth Office #363117217
Description
The Foreign & Commonwealth Office is responsible for diplomacy, international relations, and coordination with allied forces within the British Army community. The FCO represents the Army in discussions with external groups, allied units, and partner organisations, ensuring professional conduct and clear communication at all times. Members of the FCO handle diplomacy, alliances, negotiations, and external affairs. This includes managing partnerships, resolving inter-group issues, and representing the Army during joint operations and official events. FCO personnel are expected to remain calm, professional, and respectful, as they act as the public face of the organisation. To join the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, candidates must attend an official selection or interview hosted by authorised High Ranks. Selection is based on communication skills, maturity, professionalism, and understanding of group policies. Trust and discretion are essential qualities for all FCO members.
