Description
After the destruction of Control Station Enclave, Major Samuel retreated to a refueling station, and along with some other remnants, decided that survival of the fittest made them the people to reclaim America. Calling themselves The Elite Enclave, they fight the New California Republic to reclaim California with their superior fire power and armor.
