Description
Using the backdrop of EAA's Airventure airshow, cadets hone their servant leadership skills. Through volunteer service to EAA by marshaling aircraft, finding overdue aircraft, working with exhibitors, and helping manage ultralight flightline operations, cadets experience first-hand one of the world's largest aerial events, gain emergency services experience, and practice teamwork. In addition, guest speakers stop by to share their experiences as aviators, leaders and trail blazers. You never know who will show up for dinner and a "fireside" chat!
