Description

We are a self funded trust based in Stoke-on-Trent that protects birds and several other wildlife species in the UK and Ireland, our aim is to slow and prevent the extinction of various endangered birds through scientific research, campaigns and community engagement, whilst we work with most birds, we primarily focus on breeds of ostrich. As of September of 2025, we have saved 9 different breeds of bird from becoming extinct, greatly benefitting the future of the regions ecosystems. Though the NBPT is self-funded, we do still accept donations.
