Description
Officer Ranking System (ORS) is a branch-wide group that all Officers, including Warrants must join, the two reasons being, to determine your actual rank due to split Officer ranks, and to show authority and verification. To prove you are not phony. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ All Officers are required to join, by the time they reach Warrant Officer Junior Grade, if not, they shall be demoted back to your branch Enlisted Grade 7. You will be sent to join as of the passing of Officer Candidate School.
