The Council of Brotherhood will require you to set out in life changing experiences just to become an Apprentice of the Council Members. After this you must not only waste all your life savings for Entry but you must be the most elite of the elite, and stand out from the rest of our Brothers as we may all look alike but we all have a special certain talent hidden up our sleeves. Once ranked Awaiting Approval, buy the required items and DM a Senior/Elder+ for a promotion to achieve your dreams.
