anyone can join from r.o.a.r. that is epic pwner and up and maby if your from anouther group and your a good rank you might be able to join and last but sertainly not least if i see you doing a good job you can join by my approval. im a friendly person. i will like to become about evryones friend. i will give out promotions a lot. so thats good for you. i will also let dukeinator07 give promotions if he wants to join. so we always help r.o.a.r. in battle and when im done with makeing a meeting room for us you guys and i can talk about plans.
