Description
The Special Action Force ( SAF ) is the National Mobile Unit of the Philippine National Police founded by President Fidel. The SAF, over the years, has received training from the Hostage Rescue Team ( HRT ), Critical Incident Response Group ( CIRG ), RAID and Yamam. The Anti-Terror Unit ( ATU ) of the PNP-SAF is responsible for nationwide police counter-terror ( CT ) operations nationwide.
